How Darzi earns 200x its Littledata plan in Klaviyo revenue

Who is Darzi?

Darzi Clothing Co. is a UK clothing brand selling to the UK and international markets on Shopify.

Darzi's Klaviyo is run by UK agency partner Elementary Creative. Elementary installed Littledata in July 2026, starting on a 30-day free trial. Darzi pays on Littledata's Flex plan: per order, with no base fee.

Why were Darzi's abandonment flows missing shoppers?

An abandonment flow can only email a shopper Klaviyo recognizes at the moment they browse, add to cart or start checkout. Klaviyo's onsite tracking misses many of them, because of ad blockers, Safari's tracking limits and mobile checkouts.

Every missed basket is lost revenue. And for a growing store, a fixed monthly fee for better tracking is hard to justify before it has paid off.

How did Elementary rebuild the flows?

Elementary connected Littledata's Klaviyo destination and rebuilt Darzi's abandonment flows on Littledata's triggers, which are sent from Shopify's servers:

  • Browse Abandonment on Viewed Product - Littledata
  • Cart Abandonment on Added to Cart - Littledata
  • Checkout Abandonment on Checkout Started - Littledata

The new flows replaced the old ones rather than running beside them. They kept the same filters, smart sending and re-entry rules, so the only change was who they reach.

What results did Darzi see?

From 27 September to 26 October 2026, the Littledata-triggered flows brought in 15% of everything the store sold, measured as Klaviyo-attributed revenue:

  • Browse Abandonment: 80% of that flow revenue
  • Cart Abandonment: the other 20%
  • About 200x return: Littledata's monthly cost came to 0.5% of the revenue the flows brought in
  • 4x the typical store per email: Darzi's abandonment flows earn four times the revenue per recipient of the median Littledata store (476 stores)

"Darzi's abandonment flows were only as good as the shoppers Klaviyo could see, and it was missing a lot of them. Once we rebuilt the flows on Littledata's triggers, three times as many cart abandoners started getting the email. The browse flow went from a nice-to-have to one of the store's biggest earners."

Josh Worley-Smith, Elementary Creative

"Paying per order meant we could try Littledata without signing up to another big monthly fee. Now our Klaviyo flows bring in around 15% of our revenue, and Littledata paid for itself in under a day."

Is Flex right for a growing store?

Darzi's results show how Flex works for a smaller store:

  • No base fee. You pay per order, so the cost follows your volume.
  • Try it first. Start with a 30-day free trial and see the flow revenue before you pay.
  • Easy for agencies. Elementary manages its clients' Klaviyo accounts from Littledata's agency dashboard.
