Personalize Klaviyo flows with Shopify customer data

Send Shopify data to Klaviyo with Littledata's server-side tracking.

Lots of valuable data about your customer already sit in Shopify customer metafields, but Klaviyo can only act on it if it reaches the flow. Littledata lets you attach the metafield to the events that trigger your Klaviyo flows, so you can branch each flow on it with a trigger split or use in the email content.

  1. Shopify logo

The metafield becomes an event property

Littledata's Event Editor reads the Shopify customer metafield and attaches it as a property on the events sent server-side to Klaviyo, such as Viewed Product, Added to Cart, and Started Checkout. The value arrives fresh at the moment each event fires.

  2. Klaviyo logo

You split the flow on that property

In the Klaviyo flow builder, add a trigger split step and branch on the event property or use the metafields in your email content for more personalization.

The Shopify data you can target

Shopify syncs customer data like loyalty tier, points balance, VIP status, or quiz and survey answers to Shopify as customer metafields. Littledata reads that metafield on every event, so it becomes a signal you can build a flow around. The fields you can target:
